Theaters en cultural centres increasingly use digital ticketing systems. Instead of each of them developing or buying their own system, they could benefit from collaboration in this field. Dialogic and Forallmedia investigated how collaboration could take shape. We did this on behalf of CultuurConnect, the Flemish organization that supports libraries and cultural institutions in the field of digitization.
